WFL Flared Inserts for Wood are economic because of simple setting. Drill, press in and flare to achieve a permanent re-usable reliable thread form. They are versatile because they can be used in large volume production locations, utilising automatic feeding and setting equipment or simple single setting hand tools. They are also suitable for repairs or small run jobs out on site, set by simple hand tools. They are reliable being produced in high volume to exacting standards on fully automatic machines. The WFL Woodcert will resist high torque and pull-out loads as illustrated in the independent test tables and is suitable for all types of wood particle board or plywood.
